对先进高强度钢在汽车轻量化中的应用进行了分析,详细介绍了目前应用在汽车车身上的先进高强度钢钢种:双相钢(DP)、复相钢(CP)、相变诱发塑性钢(TRIP)、马氏体钢(MART)、热冲压硼钢板(Boron Steel)等。在介绍了先进的高强度钢的定义、范围、性能特点的基础上,简述了高强度钢板在材料成形后的弹性恢复引起的形状不良和尺寸精度不良等问题。简述了国内外在先进高强度钢板上的研究方向,即在进一步提高强度、降低车重的同时,综合考虑安全、成形等因素,通过更多的新的强化机制来提高强韧性。先进的高强度钢在汽车减重、节能、提高安全性、降低排放等方面展现出了广阔的前景,采用高强度钢实现汽车的轻量化已成为现代工业汽车发展的重要方向。
Abstract:The advanced high strength Steel in automobile lightweight application were analyzed,and the current advanced high strength Steel castings in the car body were introduced in details.These steels includes duplex stainless steels (DP),complex phase steels (CP),the transformation induced plasticity Steel (TRIP),martensite Steel (MART) and hot stamping Steel plate (Boron Steel).After introducing the advanced high strength steel definition,scope,performance characteristics,this paper expounds the poor shape and dimension inaccuracy on the basis of high strength steel in the elastic recovery of the material.It briefly introduced the research area of advanced high strength steel in abroad and domestic.It indicates,through the introduction,that new mechanism of strengthening can improve the obdurability based on the safety and forming factors as well as improve the strength and reduce the weight of the car.Advanced high strength steel has shown a broad prospect in auto weight loss,energy saving,safety and emissions reducing.The application of high-strength steel on the car lightweight has become an important development direction of auto industry.
